Administration Team

Dr. Michael Boyle was named as Banks County Primary School principal in 2022. He has served as Banks County Middle School principal for four years before leading Banks County Primary. He served seven years at East Hall Middle School as a 6th and 8th-grade teacher in Language Arts, Math, and Science. He also served at Jones Elementary School for five years and Chicopee Woods for three years. 

 

He has been married to his wife, Willene Parson Boyle for twenty-nine years. He has four sons that were all graduates of Banks County Schools. One of his favorite things to do is travel. 

Mrs. Cynthia Brown has been Banks County Primary School's Assistant Principal for four years. She was a classroom teacher at Banks County Primary School for eighteen years. She also served as an Instructional Lead Teacher. 

 

She has been married to Mike Brown for thirty-four years and has three children, Misty, Caiti-Beth, and Zeke. She also has three grandchildren, Emma, Kase, and Willagrey.  One of her favorite things is to travel and camp at the beach with her family.
