District leadership, including Superintendent Dr. Ann Hopkins and Deputy Superintendent Michael Williams, recently visited BCPS to surprise both honorees and celebrate their dedication to our students and school community.
Principal Dr. Michael Boyle shared his excitement for both of this year's winners:

"Jill Cash is an exceptional paraprofessional! She is always willing to lend a hand wherever she is needed! She loves kids and it shows every day! She is a great choice for our support staff member of the year!"
Mr. Young and Mrs.Cash will be formally recognized in October during the district recognition banquet, where the overall Banks County District Teacher of the Year will be announced.
